Hytech Global Limited (or “the Vendor”) offers for sale land of 500sqm for 5 Bedroom Detached Duplex with a BQ, located at Katampe Extension, Abuja-FCT.
1. Extent of Development & Facilities:
The Estate shall comprise roads, water & electric infrastructure, perimeter fencing, security gates,
recreational areas and residences.
2. Purchasing a Property
The application will only be treated after complete documentation is received. These include; a completed application form with a passport photograph and a valid means of Identification and other supporting documents.
3. Delivery
After subscribing for any property within Hytech Property, the commencement date, and completion date will be communicated to the client.
4. Default
Successful delivery of the Estate within the agreed timeline is dependent on adherence to the terms and
conditions of the sale. A default in the payment of any installment (s) within the specified periods may result in any of the following:
- An upward review of the sale price of the property.
- Termination of reservation or an administrative charge of 20% of the total amount deposited so far.

6. Cancellation
Cancellation/Termination of the transaction will attract a charge equivalent to 20% of the applicant’s total deposit.
